2014 Ford Fusion Hybrid “My way, my way, my way” TV Commercial with Eric Normington and Stella Choe

Here is the screenshot. I am still looking for who the little man is, "Mike" and who did the voice over. There is another actor in this ad that is currently in a Bill Cowher/Time Warner ad, where the dad tells him kid to go outside and play. Cant find the clip or the actor.

Thomas Crawford, plays one of the employees sitting at the board table. I am thinking that he is the actor that is in the Time Warner Cable ad, where he tells his son to go play out in the rain; not sure though.
