Its been suggested, that it's DC Piersoni that plays Wayne. I thought it might be him, but I was thrown off by the lack of beard!! Thanks for the contribution!

I think its the same guy that was in tge allstate commercial. But he had a beard. "Hey we're alike"

Yea, its probably DC Pierson, he just looks a tad heavier than what I remember him to be. I will add him, thanks!!
