Wow, sure looks like it -- I don't remember her from that show, I remember her from "The Capture of the Green River Killer" ... I just went to her Facebook page and there is no mention of this ad... not sure if I should ad her or not, no mention of it on google either. I will ad it as a guess. Thanks Beavis for the answer!!
