Here's Melanie Paxson. (Melanie Deanne Moore per IMDB http://www.imdb.com/name/nm0601609/). I know her as Megan from the Progressive TV ad or the gal from the latest Milo's Dog Treats TV ad. Melamie is very recognized and memorable by her voice, however she was on Notes from the underbelly and I don't remember her from that! Also found that Melanie has worked with Yoplait and 1-800 Dentist. She also played Joyce Dewitt in The Unauthorized Story of Three's Company
Go Melanie!!!
Here is the Progressive Ad:

This is Brent Popolizio, check him out on IMDB.com or www.BrentPopolizio.com

Is she the The same actress that is in the fiber one commercials?
She is in the new Fiber One commercial where her husband catches her lining up the bars on a cookie sheet to make it look like she baked them. I havent looked in a couple of days, but I dont think this new ad is on you tube as of yet!
Thank you. That was bugging me :)
You're welcome :)
A new ad for Target, using Melanie Paxson, just aired today
I also have the video clip
Underemployed, I noticed Melanie in all the same commercials. And just caught Ready to Rumble, a terrible movie from 2000, in which a much younger Melanie had what is apparently her only film appearance.
Wow, didnt know she did a movie. I will have to check that out, thanks!
She was on "last man standing" tonight too
Thanks for posting this....was driving me crazy thinking I was seeing same person in so many ads and not know who or knowing for sure....lol ;D
I think she is chosen for her voice, or are there no other brunettes working? lol
I'm pretty sure I saw her in an episode of "Til' Death" also, in fact thats why I was trying to find out who she is. It was just one line also I'm pretty sure she's done a yoplait commercial. She needs to get on IMDB.
Ooops I should have said "Rules of Engagement" and not "Til Death" easy to see how I'd get the two mixed up in a way though.
She is on IMDB as Melanie Deanne Moore. Paxson must be her married name.

My ex hubby is a cry baby artist lol
Isn't she the same one who played in the state farm commercial? She caught her husband on the phone at 3am with the "Jake!! from State Farm" Rep.
I always thought it was, but its not. As of yet, I am unable to find out who the guy and gal are. I double-checked Melanie's twitter, facebook, personal website and IMDB and its not her. Thanks for the question and for stopping by!
Who is the husband in the fiber one commercial with Melanie!? I can't find him anywhere and he looks so familiar, its bugging me! Any help?
Yea, I have no idea. I just went and did a quick search on the net and I came up with nothing. He doesnt look familiar to me even. Eventually, someone will pop by and leave me his name ... I hope!
It's definitely not Adam Young. I'm a big fan of his music. It's not his voice and you can tell from the side that it's not him.
she's in a State Farm Commercial too--she's everywhere lately
She is NOT the actress in the State Farm ads
I think the husband may be Jeff Davis. You may recognize him from who's line is it anyway.
I will check that out, thanks!
The husband is Brent Popolizio.
Yes, I believe you are correct, and I am going to add him right now. He's pretty cute, too! Thanks for the info, and stop by anytime!!
I thought it was Megan Mullally that was in the Red Robin, Progressive, and Fiber One commercials because she looks so familiarly (sp?) similar to Melanie Paxson.
Steve
Nope, all Melanie and a new Red Robin commercial aired tonight, hope to have it posted later today. Thanks for stopping by. Oh, Megan does to ads, I think for "I can't believe it's not butter"
Her big acting role is as "Janet" in the Three's Comapny TV movie.
I didn't know that, thanks! I will add it in now! She is a popular gal, her blog page gets the most visits of anyone!
This is an oldie. The first on I saw her in was this Yoplait spot with the "Bear Sheriff".

Wow, I had forgotten that ad, I will ad it in now. Thanks for stopping by; good addition!!
She's cute... I would love to know more about her.
I think her name is Sela Ward
Not Sela Ward; guess it will remain a mystery
She is OVERPAID. Better actresses out there that need work too. Sick of seeing her in every other commercial that comes on TV.
She's very talented and a beautiful woman, she'll be a big star some day,she already has a huge fan following, just look at this page, lol,(and she's not over paid Tracie)
She is awesome in Saving Mr. Bank's.
Oh, I had no idea that she was in the movie! Thanks for sharing
thanks for the research. nice idea for a site.
She was fantastic in Notes from the Underbelly. I miss that show.
I thought she was in the early E-surance commercials as the IT girl that posts the other guys profile.
@Unknown: Suzi Barrett does the E*surance commercials, not Melanie ... thanks for stopping by!
Yes it won't be long . she will have her own sitcom. .... go Melanie
My mother thinks that Melanie Paxson is Suzie Barrett. Can't convince her different. Thanks for the info.
The State Farm girl is Caryne Shea.
She played Dolly in "Saving Mr. Banks", the assistant to the song writers
There was a girl in a commercial for Showtime Television circa 1994 that had a brief clip of a couple wrapped up to their necks in plastic in a spa. The girl was in her early 20's looked and sounded much like Melanie and I wonder if it is her in an early gig. That voice is hard to not remember. Does anyone know if this is her? Does anyone have this video? It was funny. I used to have it and a bunch of other commercials on VHS, but they are long gone.
@Jason :) I would ask her directly. I looked on IMDB and Wiki, and iSpot and see nothing going back to 1994; she'd be 22. She has a twitter account, just ask! Thanks for stopping by.
